What to expect before you book, written plainly.
Booking and deposits
Book online or call. There is no deposit. We confirm by text or email and set aside the time your shape needs, from 30 minutes for a consultation to about two hours for a full shape.
Canceling and running late
Please give 24 hours' notice to move or cancel, because your time is set aside for you. If you are running late, call us and we will see how much of your plan still fits.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss an appointment without notice, we may ask you to confirm by phone before we book your next visit.
Children and companions
A companion is welcome to sit with you. Please arrange care for young children during long appointments, because we can't watch them while we work.
If you're not happy
Results depend on your hair and how you care for it. If you're not happy, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right.
Tipping
Tipping is welcome and never expected. You can tip your stylist at checkout or in cash.
